🌀 Liquidity Head / Treasury Liquidity Lead

Large diversified group is looking for a Treasury Liquidity Lead to manage group-level liquidity and ensure the stability and efficiency of cash flow across the organization.

Moscow

Key responsibilities
* Oversee group cash flow planning and liquidity management, ensuring timely availability of funds and preventing cash gaps
* Manage banking infrastructure, including account opening, maintenance, and relationship management with banks
* Supervise payment processes, including cross-border transactions, in compliance with applicable regulations and payment systems (SWIFT, TARGET, SPFS, etc.)
* Manage placement of surplus liquidity, balancing return, risk, and liquidity considerations
* Assess and manage financial risks, including FX and counterparty (bank) risks; contribute to defining optimal currency structure of cash holdings
* Collaborate with tax and legal teams on intra-group funding and cash flow structuring
* Ensure compliance with currency control and regulatory requirements
* Consolidate and monitor group cash flow, prepare regular liquidity reporting and analysis
* Support treasury aspects of transactions, including M&A deals

Requirements
* Proven experience in treasury within large companies or group structures
* Strong expertise in liquidity management and cash operations
* Experience working with banks, including international banking relationships
* Solid understanding of liquidity instruments and financial risk management
* Professional working proficiency in English and Russian
