Head of Legal (Global / Remote) to lead a global legal function (team of 10) for a major international tech holding (~1,000 people) in the digital entertainment and AI services space.
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will transform the legal department from a service unit into a proactive business partner.
Background: Leadership experience in fast-paced, high-risk, or complex tech domains (FinTech, E-commerce).
Skillset: Exceptional team management, data-driven mindset (KPIs/metrics), and experience with US/EU jurisdictions (including US class-action mitigation).
Languages: Fluent Russian (required for C-level alignment) + Fluent English.
Location: 100% Remote / Digital Nomad (working on CET time zone; outside of sanctioned countries).
