⚡Продолжается разработка уникального гастрономического издания, посвящённого традициям и культуре кухни Республики Марий Эл, «Гастрономический код марийского края: наследие предков на вашем столе», автором которого станет один из самых известных ресторанных критиков России Олег Назаров!
В новом выпуске передачи «Утро на МЭТРе» Олег Назаров рассказал о том, как отбираются лучшие рецепты для книги и как важно при подготовке этого издания проследить этно-культурную эволюцию кухонь всего региона.

⚡ Development continues on a unique gastronomic publication dedicated to the traditions and culture of the cuisine of the Republic of Mari El, "Gastronomic Code of the Mari Land: The Heritage of Ancestors on Your Table." The author of the book will be Oleg Nazarov, one of Russia's most famous restaurant critics.
In the latest episode of the program "Morning on METR," Oleg Nazarov spoke about how the best recipes are selected for the book and why it is so important to trace the ethno-cultural evolution of the region's cuisines during the preparation of this publication.
