Главная тема встречи — трудоустройство и цифровые профессии будущего в агросекторе Республики Марий Эл.
💬 Специалисты банка рассказали студентам экономических специальностей МарГУ о карьерных возможностях в самом Россельхозбанке, а также о стажировках, программах подготовки и адаптации на региональных предприятиях АПК.
Также гости представили студентам Цифровую платформу РСХБ «Я в Агро», которая даёт студентам аграрных вузов возможность войти в «золотой кадровый резерв» отечественного АПК и в будущем устроиться на работу в лучшие агрокомпании страны.

The main topic of the meeting was employment and the digital professions of the future in the agricultural sector of the Republic of Mari El.
💬 Bank specialists told MarSU students majoring in economics about career opportunities at Russian Agricultural Bank itself, as well as about internships, training programs, and job placement support at regional agricultural enterprises.
The guests also introduced students to the Russian Agricultural Bank's digital platform "Ya v Agro" (I'm in Agriculture), which gives students of agricultural universities the opportunity to join the "golden talent pool" of Russia's agricultural sector and, in the future, get a job at the country's best agribusiness companies.
