Сделки на рынке жилья между частными лицами в России могут стать обязательными для оформления в присутствии нотариуса. Законопроект с таким предложением был подготовлен правительством Московской области и планируется в ближайшем будущем внести в государственную думу.
Инициаторы идеи уверены, что обязательное присутствие нотариуса окажет содействие в лучшей защите частных владельцев, уменьшении числа мошеннических схем и подавлении конфликтов, доводимых до судебного разбирательства.
